Development of parent company
1969 Foundation of the company by Arthur W. Stähli.
1977 Conversion into a joint-stock company and construction of a new building.
1987 Building expansion which doubles the operating area of the company.
2000 Bernhard Stähli takes over as the second generation of management.
2003 Launching of the new DLM series.
2004 Moving-into additional wing, production surface doubled in size. |

1974 Foundation of the Lausanne branch. Lausanne becomes the central marketing loccation for france.
1977 STÄHLI Läpp-Technik GmbH in Schönaich is founded as sole agent for Germany and commercial machining centre.
1994 Expansion of commercial machining centre Schönaich/Stuttgart with the newest twin-disc flat honing.
